4. Cytomegalovirus (CMV).
This is a viral infection that affects people with weakened immune systems. CMV can cause fatigue, fever, and swollen lymph nodes, which are similar symptoms to HIV/AIDS. People with HIV/AIDS are at a higher risk of contracting CMV.
5. Syphilis.
