The Presidents of the Parliaments of Estonia (Lauri Hussar), Latvia (Daiga Mierina), Lithuania (Viktorija Cmilyte-Nielsen), Poland (Szymon Holownia) and Ukraine (Ruslan Stefanchuk) signed a joint declaration on the in-depth study in Bialystok, Poland of parliamentary cooperation in the security sector to address the continuing escalation of the war caused by Russia.
