It belongs to the Igbo ethnic group of Africa. The local government district is surrounded with a lot of his hills and rivers like Nnam, Ajalli and Kalawa are located most around the Owa axis of Ezeagu. It connects Enugu State with some parts of Awka in Anambra State, Nigeria.

You can hear Flavour countlessly mention this in his hit track ‘Game Changer’ and this was referring to Ezeagu dialect’s ‘Mmonwu Shinne’ which literally translates to ‘Great Spirit’ or ‘Strong Man’ as the case may be. While Ezeagu daughters are called ‘Nwa Ada’ or ‘Umu Ada’ by the natives depending on the numbers.
