The pictures shows that Hillbrow was still in its latest stage and was full of whites while the blacks were not permitted to get into the cities, which was a horrible time for blacks.

However, as quickly as authority was given to the africans, things began to deteriorate; presently, the black administration is unable to provide continuous service provision to its own citizens, and the structures have also been left decaying and are not in a better condition.

This is highly humiliating for black folks as it plainly demonstrates that conditions have not been pleasant after we take over; in fact, everything else has declined, and we have a massive task ahead of us to fix it and move towards self reliance and success.

WeCan All agree that black administration is poor, hillbrow was very beautiful when whites were still in charge, now if you go the you can’t even eat while walking around because it’s all dirty, rubbish are all over the streets like there’s no municipality….Seê _ Morê
