The careers of many well-known musicians began when they were children. When he was six years old, Michael Jackson joined the Jackson brothers, now known as the Jackson 5, in 1964. As an aspiring vocalist at the tender age of 17, Katy Perry published her debut album in 2001.
Sadly, some didn’t stay long enough to keep us amused since they passed away too early. Four notable singers who began their careers as adolescents but eventually died in their early twenties are featured in the following slideshow:
1. Lil Peep
Gustav Elijah hr, better known as A.K.A. A.E. The death of 21-year-old rapper Lil Peep sparked worldwide outpourings of grief in November 2017. An overdose of Fentanyl and Alprazolam is said to be the cause of his death. He was just 19 when he put out his debut mixtape, which was titled Lil Peep. “Lil Peep: Part One” was a massive success and he’s since released 29 promotional singles, five mixtapes, and two studio albums. Predecessors of him include rapper/singer/songwriter/model/producer/etc.
2. Lexii Alijai
Her debut mixtape, Super Sweet 16s, was published in 2014 when she was barely 16 years old. That following year, she dropped two more mixtapes, and then again in 2015. But in January 2020, her death was reported, ending what had appeared to be a brilliant career and a hopeful future.
A fentanyl-ethanol poisoning was suspected as the cause of her death. Before her died at the age of 21, she was a rapper, singer, and composer.
3. Sid Vicious
Simon An alias for John Ritchie Sid Vicious was one of those successful 1970s performers who departed too soon. At barely 19 years old in 1976, he joined the band Siouxsie and the Banshees and became one of its drummers. On February 2nd, 1979, he unexpectedly passed away after a three-year stint in the music industry. Reports indicate that he died of a heroin overdose at the age of just 21. Fourteen years after his death, in 1993, his final solo album, The Idols with Sid Vicious, was released.
4. Juice WRLD
After hearing the tragic news of Juice WRLD’s demise, many people were moved to tears. Over 800,000 people have commented on the last post he made on his Instagram profile regarding his birthday, which he died on December 8th, 2019. Juice WRLD was one of the most popular and streamed artists of our day. Over one billion times have been listened to his 2018 hit, Lucid Dreams.
His debut single, “Forever,” was published in 2015, when he was just 17 years old. In addition to 34 songs, 26 music videos and three studio albums, he also had one promotional single, one mixtape, and one collaboration mixtape.
Intoxication from Oxycodone and Codeine is said to have killed him, and he was just 21 years old when he died…….See More
