* joy soap or Ghana soap
(This bath is to be done for seven days)
Pound one of the plantain and 7 pieces of miracle leaf and put it inside the bucket of water add the sea salt to it…
Use the soap to bath while standing on the general broom with ten toos, use the local sponge or new favorite sponge to have the bath using the soap together.
