1. Candy Moloi
As a Vho-Makhadzi on Tshivenda Muvhango and in regional productions like Shakespeare in Mzansi and Queen’s Death, Candy attracted a lot of attention for her work. She was also a part of Sabc2’s Thola.
She passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 67. The results of the autopsy revealed that the victim had cancer.
2. Sammy Moeti
Sammy was a well-known South African actor who played the part of Vho-Mushasha, the head of a prominent local Sangoma, in the soap opera Muvhango that was aired on SABC2. After a protracted illness, he passed away on October 12, 2015.
3. Thwala Mary.
was a well-known South African actress who rose to fame for her part in the MaKhumbu sitcom Skwizas, which aired on Sabc2 for a long time. Her career in the entertainment industry officially began in the 1990s. Several domestic and international movies have been filmed at places like Mapsula, Sarafina, To Soweto Taxi, Nyaka-Nyaka, and A Love, among others.
She has also appeared in several other regional productions, including Soul Buddyz, Muvhango, and Yizo-Yizo. She portrayed MaKhumalo in the television program Muvhango. She fought the illness for a long time and died on July 4, 2020, at the age of 80.
4. Vinolia Mashego
Vinolia, best known by her stage as V-Mash, has worked as both a host and an actor on South African television. Sabc1 co-hosted a music show at Jam Alley in the late 1990s as a co-presenter.
She played Meme’s mother in the soap opera Muvhango, which aired on SABC2 in 2010.
She was 56 years old when she died quietly in her sleep on April 3, 2020.
