According To Wikipedia, Radovan Krey, born in 1968, ran a criminal gang in the Czech Republic and is currently serving a prison sentence in South Africa. Czech authorities are seeking his extradition. In the Czech Republic, a judge sentenced them to 15.5 years, and in South Africa to 35 years.

In the 1990s he became rich through illegal activities, and his success made him considered one of the richest people in the Czech Republic.
