President of the 9th Senate, Senator Ahmad Lawan (APC Yobe North), has enjoined Nigerians to continue to pray for President Bola Tinubu to succeed in his bid to transform the fortunes of Nigeria.
Lawan made the call weekend in Gashua, Yobe state while fielding questions from journalists after casting his vote during local government elections conducted by the state.
Lawan commended all local government administrations across Yobe state for living up to the aspirations of the people by delivering on their expectations.
He expressed optimism in the ability of President Tinubu to address the challenges faced by the country.
He said: “We have to continue to pray for the leadership of this country, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Asiwaju of the Universe, who is doing everything possible to turn around some of the challenges that this country faces.
