Which Tribe Has The Most Mouth-watering Foods; Igbo or Yoruba?

Spread the love

As food is the main source of energy, we can’t actually do without it. Food is compulsory for the growth and well being of the body, if in the case we don’t feel hunger, I know most people might hardly eat while some others would eat because of their love for it. In the old days, people eat to satisfy their hunger, but nowadays not only to satisfy our hungers; we eat when we are stressed out and sometimes when we are bored.

Doctors usually advice us to eat balance diet because it supplies the nutrients our body needs to work effectively. Without balance diet, the body is prone to disease, infection, fatigue, and low performance.

Thus, each tribe cooks their food specially in a way that would give the body the required nutrients. Just like I said earlier, each tribe have their own way of cooking a mouth-watering food and they also have their specific traditional foods which make their foods different from that of the other tribes.
